Research shows that it takes at least 40 days to form new habits and making lasting lifestyle changes. Join us for our “More of This, Less of That” Health Challenge. You may participate as an individual, or form a team of your family or friends! We are encouraging you to pledge to 6 weeks of choosing to do more of one thing that can take the place of another, less healthy choice (example: drinking more water, less soda and juice). Upon completion of our challenge, we will have a service opportunity and welcome your participation!
