Thank you to everyone who came to the Book Fair and I regret we were not able to have our family night as planned due to the weather. If you are still interested in purchasing books, you can go to our website at http://bookfairs.scholastic.com/homepage/mcc and we will receive credit for the sale if you shop between now and March 1st. Books will ship free to MCC. Have a groovy time shopping for those books!
Beth is having her surgery on March 15th and we will be setting up a new meal train soon to organize food. She is feeling good this week and finally getting her energy back from her last treatment. As she heads into this next phase of healing, please pray for strength and patience for her and her family.
The work on Academy continues as does the congestion around the church. Please watch your children closely when crossing the street and be sure to have their hand. Many frustrated motorist are driving at a fast rate of speed up the street the wrong way and it is becoming more of a threat to everyone’s safety. The police department is aware and are trying to motor the area often.
I hope everyone enjoys a sunny weekend.
