Foundry: Young Professionals Small Group
Just graduated from high school or college? #congrats. Still figuring out what to do with your life? … so are we. Join us for MIDWEEK Wednesdays at 7:00pm. Questions? Contact Kollin Baer at 281.380.1177 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Visit firstcary.com/connect/young-adults for meeting locations and more information.
Are you looking to grow your faith? Are you ready to go deeper? Then you are invited to come hang out in the youth room on Wednesday nights this summer. Middle-school Hangout! will be from 6:30-7:30pm and High School Hangout! will be from 7:30-8:30pm on Wednesdays from June 15 – August 3, 2016.
This is mower maintenance, not repair. We will test that the mower starts before we work on it. If the mower doesn’t start before we begin our work, there is a good chance it won’t start after we do our work!
Servants Helping Servants at The ROCK
Every summer, we offer our regular servants a break, so they can get renewed and refreshed and hopefully return to teaching at the ROCK in the fall. This leaves some gaps in our teaching schedule that we’d like YOUR help in filling! Please click HERE to sign up for a date or two – it’s the best thank you that can be given to those that serve tirelessly all year long, shepherding your child on their journey of faith.
Bridge the Gap Mission
During the months of May and June, Bridge the Gap Mission will be collecting balls (all kinds), jump ropes and Frisbees for our Field Day in Southeast Raleigh at the end of June. During First UMC Cary’s Youth Mission Week the youth will come to Southeast Raleigh and have fun activities for the children. Several summer camps participate and Bridge the Gap Mission wanted to be able to give them equipment to use for the rest of the summer. Equipment can be dropped at the boxes in the hallway or the office. Thank you for your generous donations.
