Cary Community Christmas Store
“You don’t give people dignity. You affirm it”
– Dr. John Perkins

The concept of the Cary Community Christmas Store is to welcome all families facing financial challenges into a hospitable, affordable environment to shop for brand new gifts for their children.
This year’s store will serve over 600 children living in and near downtown Cary referred to us through local schools, churches, Dorcas Ministry, the YMCA, and other local non-profits. It is both a joy and transformational experience for many volunteers to get to know these amazing families, many of whom serve in our community in jobs that make Cary such an extraordinary community to live, work, and play.
Donations for the Cary Community Christmas Store are welcomed – please use the links below to shop and ship
to the church by December 1!
Following in the footsteps of other successful stores in Atlanta, Raleigh and other locations around the country, The Cary Community Christmas Store gives struggling parents the opportunity to shop for new toys and gifts that are marked more than 70% off retail.
This will be the fifth year hosting the sale at First Cary UMC.
