Gracious Harvest Yam Dig

It’s time to harvest sweet potatoes! All are welcomed to our annual Yam Dig at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, October 10 in the Gracious Harvest Community Garden. The Gracious Harvest Community Garden is a “giving” garden in the heart of Cary that has been co-sponsored by First Cary and out downtown neighbors since 2010. Produce is shared among Dorcas Ministries, First Cary food distribution, and garden volunteers. The Garden is located behind the First Cary columbarium and children’s playground and can be accessed from the First Cary parking lot. In the case of rain, the Yam Dig will be postponed to October 17. No registration needed – all are welcome!
