When we find ourselves wading deep waters, the world can often seem quite dark. The Apostle Paul in 1 Thessalonians reminds us that the light of Christ is within each of us. He writes, “you are all children of light.” As we look toward the light and love of Christ, may we come to find that very same light and love within ourselves and one another. For as we recognize the light and love within one another amidst the depths of the darkness, wading the waters of this world may not make us quite as weary.
