Open Registrations


We ask that all students participating in Anchor events complete the Student Information and Youth Covenant forms at the beginning of each school year. The Medical Form and a copy of the student’s health insurance card are required for all trips or overnights.

Optional Form

If you do NOT want pictures of your student to be posted on the youth webpage or social media pages, you may fill out the optional photo exemption form (we will never tag student accounts or include easily identifiable information about your student).

Registration Process

  1. Click on the button above to access the event registration page. The online registration and event payment must be completed by the registration deadline. If you pay by cash or check, payments must be postmarked or delivered to the church office by the deadline. If requesting a scholarship, that must be completed by the deadline in lieu of payment.
  2. All payments should be considered non-refundable. Our deadlines and fees are carefully considered based on policies of our ministry partners, and, often times, when registrations are cancelled, the church is required to make payments anyway. We will only refund part of your payment if we can do so without incurring a loss.
  3. Once the registration deadline has passed, you will receive an email with more details and instructions concerning the event, such as packing lists, event schedules, additional required permission forms, etc.
